At The Crafty Crew, each product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure you love what you receive. However, if you face any issues, please review our policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Handmade items with slight variations (these are part of the craft)
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect product received

If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly
